Schedule on-going consultation appointments with ACS staff
Notify ACS of appointment changes and/or cancellations within reasonable time
Release necessary educational and psychological records to ACS
Remain in communication with the consultant to facilitate decisions and monitor status
Notify secondary schools of intention to attend or not attend
Acknowledge college acceptance or decision not to attend
